Bu y\u00f6n\u00fcyle metin, T\u00fcrk \u015fiirine dair al\u0131\u015f\u0131ld\u0131k de\u011ferlendirmelerin d\u0131\u015f\u0131na \u00e7\u0131karak, okuru daha k\u00f6kl\u00fc bir hesapla\u015fmaya davet eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kural Bozan \u015eiir, bir yandan \u015fiirin konu\u015fma diliyle kurdu\u011fu hayati ba\u011f\u0131 hat\u0131rlat\u0131rken, \u00f6te yandan iyi \u015fiirin do\u011fas\u0131 gere\u011fi hem kural koyan hem de o kurallar\u0131 y\u0131kan bir g\u00fc\u00e7 ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ileri s\u00fcrer. Bu yaz\u0131, \u015fiiri sadece bir sanat alan\u0131 olarak de\u011fil, bir direni\u015f ve yeniden kurma imk\u00e2n\u0131 olarak g\u00f6renler i\u00e7in dikkat \u00e7ekici bir tart\u0131\u015fma zemini sunuyor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<strong>Kural Bozan \u015eiir<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz \u015fiirinin temel sorunu bence ele\u015ftiri de\u011fil, liderliktir. Meseleyi g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczden kurtard\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda da ne yaz\u0131k ki de\u011fi\u015fen bir \u015fey yok. Cumhuriyet kuruldu kurulal\u0131 bu b\u00f6yledir. T\u00fcrk \u015fiiri, Cumhuriyet kuruldu kurulal\u0131 her d\u00f6neminde, b\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcyle, bir liderden yoksun hareket etmi\u015ftir. Bunun sebebi \u015fiirimizden ziyade siyasetimizde yatmaktad\u0131r. Siyasetimiz toplumsal yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 birbirinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z gruplar \u00fczerine kurmu\u015ftur. Ortada olan bu kurgunun \u015fiirimize yans\u0131mas\u0131ndan ba\u015fka bir \u015fey de\u011fildir. Toplumsal yap\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n bir ahenge kavu\u015fturulamamas\u0131yla millete olarak neyi kaybediyorsak, \u015eiirimizin k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck cemaatlere, \u00fc\u00e7 be\u015f derebeyli\u011fine s\u0131k\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131yla da onu kaybediyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcne de\u011fin \u015fiirimiz iki defa bir lider kazanma imk\u00e2n\u0131 yakalam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Her ikisinde de siyaset i\u015fi berbat etmi\u015ftir. Cumhuriyet tarihi boyunca siyaseti elinde tutan \u00e7evreler bir tek Orhan Veli\u2019ye (1914-1950) m\u00fcdahale etmemi\u015ftir. \u015eiirimiz Necip Faz\u0131l&#8217;la (1905-1983) 1930\u2019lu, Sezai Karako\u00e7\u2019la (1933) 1950\u2019li y\u0131llarda g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u00e7\u0131k\u0131\u015f, derli toplu bir hareket imk\u00e2n\u0131 kazanm\u0131\u015f; fakat bu imk\u00e2n devletin ve siyasetin bat\u0131c\u0131 istikametinden dolay\u0131 yeterince kullan\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019\u0131n 1930\u2019lu y\u0131llarda, Sezai Karako\u00e7\u2019un 1950\u2019li y\u0131llardaki tek ba\u015f\u0131nal\u0131klar\u0131 da i\u015fi b\u00fcsb\u00fct\u00fcn imk\u00e2ns\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131rm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. B\u00fct\u00fcn olumsuzluklara ra\u011fmen, Cemal S\u00fcreya (1931-1990) 1950\u2019li Y\u0131llarda Sezai Karako\u00e7\u2019la birlikte hareket edebilseydi, bamba\u015fka bir film izleyebilirdik.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn durum o kadar vahim ki b\u0131rak\u0131n yekpare bir harekete emek vermeyi, ba\u015f\u0131bozukluk bile de\u011fme yi\u011fidin cesaret edemeyece\u011fi bir erdem olup \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ya bir \u015fey; ama g\u00fc\u00e7l\u00fc bir \u015fey ortal\u0131\u011fa nizam vermektedir ya da herkes naylon, fos. Ba\u015fka se\u00e7enek yok. Gelgelelim, bu iki se\u00e7enek \u0131\u015f\u0131\u011f\u0131nda Cumhuriyet tarihine bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda, hi\u00e7bir d\u00f6nem bug\u00fcnk\u00fc ortamdan daha iyi ya da daha k\u00f6t\u00fc de\u011fildir. \u00d6b\u00fcr taraftan, bizi bu iki se\u00e7ene\u011fe s\u0131k\u0131\u015f\u0131p kalmaktan kurtaracak en etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm o kadar basit ki insan\u0131n akl\u0131 \u015fa\u015far: Ger\u00e7ek bir yetene\u011fe sahip \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6rt \u015fairin el birli\u011fi, birlikte hareketi. Bizim edebiyat tarihimiz, \u00fc\u00e7 d\u00f6rt sa\u011flam \u015fairin bir araya gelmemesinin tarihidir ayn\u0131 zamanda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bug\u00fcn herkesin inan\u00e7s\u0131z, davas\u0131z, partisiz, ideolojisiz, cibilliyetsiz, grupsuz, kesimsiz oldu\u011funu ispatla var olabildi\u011fi, i\u015f tutabildi\u011fi sert bir ortamday\u0131z. Herkesin tek derdi bir aidiyet ba\u011f\u0131na sahip olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ispatlamak. Hem de bin dereden su getirerek. D\u00fcn siyah olanlar hangi f\u0131r\u00e7alara bat\u0131r\u0131l\u0131p \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131larsa bug\u00fcn bembeyazlar. \u0130nsan bazen en yak\u0131n\u0131ndaki arkada\u015flar\u0131n\u0131 bile tan\u0131yam\u0131yor. Utan\u0131p s\u0131k\u0131lmadan savunabildi\u011fimiz, kar\u015f\u0131 \u00e7\u0131kabildi\u011finiz tek \u015fey Galatasaray, Fenerbah\u00e7e. Cumhuriyetin ba\u015f\u0131nda bize konulan \u015fart muas\u0131r medeniyet seviyesiydi. Bu \u015farta tutunaca\u011f\u0131z diye k\u0131r\u0131p \u00e7\u00f6kmedik bir \u015fey b\u0131rakmad\u0131k. Yeni oyunca\u011f\u0131m\u0131z da m\u00fcreffeh T\u00fcrkiye; AB&#8217;ye girip keyif \u00e7atmak. Bu i\u015f bu kadar basit. Birinci Tanzimat elimizden koca bir devlet ald\u0131, ikinci Tanzimat&#8217;\u0131n (AB\u2019ye uyum, AB otob\u00fcs\u00fcne binmek) dilimize, dinimize g\u00f6z dikti\u011fi \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k. Ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131, ki\u015fili\u011fimizi, k\u00fclt\u00fcr\u00fcm\u00fcz\u00fc yeniden, bir kez daha kurgulamak istedi\u011fi \u00e7ok a\u00e7\u0131k. Bu kurgu u\u011fruna dilimiz bir s\u00f6m\u00fcrge diline d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclmek isteniyor. \u0130kinci Tanzimat\u2019\u0131n hedefi birincisinden daha b\u00fcy\u00fck: Dilimiz, dinimiz, milletimiz! Bu sefer i\u015fi k\u00f6kten halletmek. Madem bir milletin nabz\u0131 \u00f6nce \u015fiirinde atmaya ba\u015flar, \u00f6yleyse bize, bizi bu oyunu bozacak g\u00fcce ta\u015f\u0131yacak bir \u015fiir laz\u0131m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eiirimizin ortadaki oyunu bozacak g\u00fcc\u00fc kuvveti var. \u0130ster piyasa deyin, ister edebiyat ortam\u0131, ister azgeli\u015fmi\u015f ayd\u0131nlar iktidar\u0131, ne derseniz deyin, hi\u00e7birini \u015fiirimize kar\u015f\u0131 duracak g\u00fcc\u00fc yok. Hepsi, \u015fiirimize kar\u015f\u0131 koyarak de\u011fil, ona bula\u015fmayarak etkili olabiliyor. Edebiyat ortam\u0131n\u0131 k\u00f6t\u00fc \u00f6rne\u011fe tahsis ederek etkili olabiliyorlar. Edebiyat ortam\u0131 bir taraftan \u015fairin ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131zl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131yor, bir taraftan da onu k\u00f6t\u00fcl\u00fckle dayan\u0131\u015fmaya mecbur b\u0131rak\u0131yor. Edebiyat ortam\u0131 \u015fairi her daim bir s\u0131n\u0131rda tutuyor; neye inanaca\u011f\u0131ndan tutun da Yetene\u011fi ne var\u0131ncaya kadar bir s\u0131n\u0131rda tutuyor. Bu \u00e7ark\u0131 k\u0131rman\u0131n imkan\u0131n\u0131 zorlayanlar da ne oluyorsa art\u0131k, 1&#8217;de bakm\u0131\u015fs\u0131n\u0131z piyasa ad\u0131na azg\u0131n bir bek\u00e7i k\u00f6pe\u011fi kesilirvermi\u015fler. Kar\u015f\u0131m\u0131za kemik yakalaman\u0131n, kuyruk sallaman\u0131n ilmine vak\u0131f biri olarak \u00e7\u0131kmak bunlar\u0131n tek meziyeti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eiirin b\u00f6ylesini \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemler \u015fiir dilinin konu\u015fma dilinden uzakla\u015fmaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 d\u00f6nemlerdir. B\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00fcy\u00fck \u015fairlerin birinci \u00f6zelli\u011fi \u015fiiri konu\u015fma diline olabildi\u011fince yak\u0131nla\u015ft\u0131rmakt\u0131r. \u015eiir dilini konu\u015fma dilinden s\u00fcz\u00fcp \u00e7\u0131karmakt\u0131r. \u0130ster Mehmet \u00c2kif&#8217;e (1873-1936) bak\u0131n, \u0130ster Necip Faz\u0131l\u2019a, ister Orhan Veli\u2019ye, isterse Sezai Karako\u00e7\u2019a, ister Cahit Zarifo\u011flu\u2019na (1940-1987), ister \u0130smet \u00d6zel\u2019e (1944). Hepsinin \u015fiirimize yapt\u0131klar\u0131 k\u00f6kl\u00fc katk\u0131n\u0131n temelinde konu\u015fma dili vard\u0131r. Fakat \u015fiir konu\u015fma dilinden ibaret k\u0131l\u0131n\u0131rsa bu sefer de \u015fiiri \u00f6zg\u00fc fark ortadan kalkabilir. \u015eiir bir dilin en etkili \u015fekilde yeniden kurulmas\u0131d\u0131r. Bunun i\u00e7in \u015fiir dili konu\u015fma dilini fatih\u00e7e zaptetmelidir. Fakat benim kafam, \u015fiir dili \u015feklinde, konu\u015fma dilinden ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir kategorinin bulunmad\u0131\u011f\u0131na daha yatk\u0131n. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc \u015fiir dili \u015feklinde ayr\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma, \u00f6zellikle g\u00fc\u00e7s\u00fcz ve tembel beyinleri, \u00e7\u00fcr\u00fcmeye giden yola daha kolay sokuyor. Ezc\u00fcmle, \u015fiir, konu\u015fma dilinin tekrar\u0131 de\u011fildir. Orada \u015fiir bir \u00f6zg\u00fc kurallar devreye girer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eiirde ba\u015fvurulan teknik, \u00f6zde bir konu\u015fma bi\u00e7imidir. Fakat ben konu\u015fma bi\u00e7imi derken \u00fcslup meselesini dahi kastetmiyorum; sadece konu\u015fmay\u0131 kastediyorum. Bizi kural koyma g\u00fcc\u00fcne ta\u015f\u0131yacak \u015fiirin konu\u015fmadan ge\u00e7ece\u011fine bize laz\u0131m olan ilk \u015feyin konu\u015fmak oldu\u011funa inan\u0131yorum. Konu\u015funca da do\u011frudan konu\u015fmak laz\u0131m. Eveleyip gevelemenin sadece \u201conlar\u201da faydas\u0131 var, \u201cbiz\u201de de\u011fil. Biz konu\u015ftuk\u00e7a \u015fiirimiz bir mesele ta\u015f\u0131ma g\u00fcc\u00fcne kavu\u015facak. Bu bizi ya\u015fanan hayat\u0131n, ya\u015fayan insan\u0131n vazge\u00e7ilmez bir unsuruna d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcrecek. Biz konu\u015ftuk\u00e7a bir \u015fey s\u00f6ylemeyen \u015fiir, azgeli\u015fmi\u015f, k\u00f6le ruhlu ayd\u0131nlarla birlikte \u00e7ekip gidecek.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kural koyma g\u00fcc\u00fcne sahip \u015fiir, bu g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc kural bozarak g\u00f6sterir. Temel vasf\u0131 iyi \u015fiir, sa\u011flam \u015fiir olmas\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130yi \u015fiir kural bozar, kural koyar. \u0130yi \u015fiir \u00f6yle bir \u015feydir ki herhangi bir kusuru bile onun g\u00fcc\u00fcne g\u00fc\u00e7 katan bir \u00f6zelli\u011fe d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcr. Turgut Uyar (1927-1985) \u015fiirini, Cahit Zarifo\u011flu \u015fiirini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcn\u00fcn\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gelgelelim, iyi \u015fiire giden yolda iki kere dikkatli olmam\u0131z gerekir. Her \u015feyden \u00f6nce iyi \u015fiirin hesaba kitaba gelmez, kurguya gelmez bir taraf\u0131 vard\u0131r. \u015eiir hakk\u0131ndaki en kesin do\u011frulardan biri budur. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde, \u015fiir, ba\u015f\u0131bo\u015f b\u0131rak\u0131lmaya da gelmez. Onu ne \u00f6nceden verilmi\u015f kararlar\u0131n cenderesinde bo\u011fmaya kalmal\u0131y\u0131z, ne de ona kuraldan ari, delidir ne yapsa yeridir muamelesini reva g\u00f6rmeliyiz. \u015eiir bir \u015feye zorlamad\u0131k\u00e7a en rahat, en \u00f6zg\u00fcr halini al\u0131r; fakat bu, hayattan ve insandan kopmak, d\u00fcnyayla ili\u015fkisini keserek kendi \u00fcst\u00fcne katlan\u0131p kalmak gibi, telafisi imkans\u0131z zararl\u0131 bir \u015feyde yol a\u00e7abilir. \u015eiir bir \u015feye zorlan\u0131rsa o \u015fey \u015fiiri de zorlamaya ba\u015flar. \u015eiir karakterini bulur. Fakat \u015fiirin ba\u015far\u0131s\u0131, kendisini zorlayan \u015fey iptal etmesinde de\u011fil, onu i\u00e7eriye bilmesinde aran\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eiirimizin ve siyasetimizin gidi\u015fat\u0131na bakt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131zda bizi umutsuzlu\u011fa sevk edecek pek \u00e7ok \u015fey bulunabilir. Fakat bize umut veren, sa\u011flam durmam\u0131za, yar\u0131na daha g\u00fcvenle bakabilmemize imkan veren geli\u015fmeler de var. Y\u00fcce rabbimiz kendisinden umut kesmeyi k\u00fcf\u00fcrle, cahillikle e\u015fde\u011fer kabul etmi\u015ftir. Her \u015fey eninde sonunda asl\u0131na d\u00f6ner. Eninde sonunda T\u00fcrkiye\u2019de ye\u015fertilmeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lan s\u00f6m\u00fcrge edebiyat\u0131 iptal edilecek. Varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 bizi Birinci D\u00fcnya Sava\u015f\u0131nda yenenlerin, devletimizi ya\u011fmalayan onlar\u0131n varl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00fczerine kuranlar eninde sonunda yenilecek. Zafer i\u00e7inde uyanaca\u011f\u0131z g\u00fcne kadar bu sava\u015f bitmeyecek.
